Return & Refund Policy

1. Consumable-Product Waiver

Nuvexa products are intended for single, personal-use applications. If a product has been opened or used, we reserve the right to refuse its return and deny a refund because it cannot be returned to inventory.

  • If you return the product immediately upon receipt and it is still sealed and unused, you may qualify for a full refund once our Customer Service team has inspected and approved the item.

  • If the product has been opened or partially used, you may be eligible only for a partial refund or an exchange, subject to prior written approval from Customer Service.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email us at contact@shopnuvexa.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the warehouse address.

  2. Ship the Item
    You must ship the product to the address provided. Return-shipping costs are your responsibility.

  3. Refund Processing
    Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund less a cancellation fee in line with South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA): 5 % of the order value or ZAR 100, whichever is lower.

4. Order Cancellation

  • 24-Hour Window – Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement by emailing contact@shopnuvexa.com.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in fulfilment; cancellations will then be treated as returns and the standard cancellation fee (5 % or ZAR 100, whichever is lower) will apply.

5. Uncollected Parcels

If your parcel is delivered to a collection point and is not picked up within the carrier’s holding period, it will be returned to the sender. A reshipping fee of ZAR 60 will be charged to dispatch the parcel again.

6. Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies solely to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage arising from misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

If you purchased “Shipping Insurance + One-Year Warranty” at checkout, the additional terms provided in that plan will apply.

7. Important Notes

  • Our fulfilment centres are currently located outside South Africa (in China). All return shipments must be arranged by the customer.

  • The cancellation fee (5 % or ZAR 100, whichever is lower) is mandatory under the CPA and is deducted from any refund issued.

  • This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
